General Terms and Conditions

1.1. The terms and conditions apply to the legal relationships that arise between the customer (hereinafter the Customer) and HAIP Tech OÜ (hereinafter the Seller) owner of the shopping environment subdomain shop.haiptech.ee (hereinafter the E-shop) located at the internet address www.haiptech.ee in connection with the purchase of Products from the E-shop. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products from the E-shop are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

2.1. All prices displayed in the E-shop are presented in euros. VAT can be added to products and removed from product prices with the corresponding button.


Making a purchase

3.1. The customer selects the desired Product in the E-shop and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.

3.2. To complete the order, the Customer must go to the Shopping Cart page: in the menu bar, in the shopping cart option, click on the button “Format Purchase”, after which the Customer will be redirected to the order completion page.

3.3. After entering the required data and checking the correctness of the data, the Customer confirms the order by clicking “Next”. After pressing the “Submit order” button on this page, the order is confirmed and forwarded to the seller.

3.4. The customer pays for the goods based on an invoice sent to the pre-entered email address. The deadline for paying the invoice depends on whether the customer has previously ordered from HAIP Tech OÜ or not. In the case of new customers, an advance invoice is sent to the customer, regular customers have 14 days to pay the invoice.

3.5. After paying the invoice, the E-shop will send an order confirmation to the Customer’s e-mail.

3.6. When completing the order, the customer undertakes to provide the necessary, true data to fulfill the order.

3.7. The Seller is not responsible for the fulfilment of the order due to incorrect data provided by the Customer or for any resulting consequences.


Payment Methods

4.1. Orders can be paid securely:

  • based on a proforma invoice (new customer)
  • based on invoice (regular customer)

4.2. The seller does not have access to the Customer’s bank details and credit card details.



5.1. The customer can only order goods with delivery to the desired address.

5.2. The delivery time of the goods depends on the stock of the product, generally the delivery time is 7-14 working days.

5.3. If the Customer has placed the order on a public holiday, the delivery time will start at 10:00 a.m. on the first working day following the weekend or public holiday.

5.4. The customer is obliged to check the correctness of the contact information provided before placing the order, in order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the Products. The Seller is not responsible for delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the Products if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data provided by the Customer when placing the order.

5.5. In the event that the Product does not reach the Customer in good condition and in a closed package, the Customer is obliged to inform the E-shop about this by sending a relevant letter to the e-mail address info@haiptech.ee or by calling +372 5674 0169



6.1. The seller and the customer are responsible to each other for the damage caused to the other party by violating these terms of use in the cases and to the extent provided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

6.2. The seller is responsible to the extent of the sale price of the Product.

6.3. The customer undertakes to use the E-shop service only for purposes consistent with the law and good practices.


Terms of Use

7.1. By registering in the e-store or making a purchase, the Customer accepts the terms of use of the e-store and undertakes to comply with them.

7.2. The sales contract between the Seller and the Customer enters into force from the receipt of the payable purchase amount to the Seller’s current account.

7.3. The seller can change the terms of use of the E-shop and the prices of the products. Notice of changes will be published in the E-shop environment. The conditions and prices valid at the time of the transaction are applied to the transaction.


Other Terms

8.1. Disagreements between the customer and the seller will be resolved through negotiations.

8.2. Product prices and availability may change without notice. In this case, HAIP Tech OÜ reserves the right to cancel the sale and return the money to the Customer’s current account within 14 calendar days.

8.3. HAIP Tech OÜ reserves the right to cancel the sale if any of the following problems have occurred with the Product: a human error has occurred when entering the price of the Product or a technical error in the system (for example, if a Product costing EUR 499 is on sale for EUR 170, it is a human error.

8.4. Product information is checked and improved regularly. The data may have been updated since your last visit and there may be small inaccuracies in the Product information.

If the Customer and the Seller cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller. Review of the customer’s complaint by the commission is free of charge.

Procedure for submitting claims

1.1. In the event of product non-compliance or defects, the Customer undertakes to inform the Seller immediately by sending the Customer’s contact details, a precise description of the problem and the Order confirmation number to the e-mail address info@haiptech.ee.

1.2. All claims will be reviewed and the Customer will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than within 3 working days from the receipt of the claim.

1.3. The customer has the right to demand a reduction in the purchase price of the Product from the Seller. To demand a refund for the Product, if the Seller is unable to repair or replace the Product, the repair or replacement of the Product fails, the Seller has not eliminated the defect in the Product within a reasonable time, and the Customer has been caused unreasonable inconvenience.

1.4. The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by the non-intended use of the ordered Product, as well as for delivery delays if this is due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control and/or due to force majeure beyond his control

1.5. The Seller does not reimburse the costs incurred by the Customer in the event of Product non-compliance or defects and is not responsible for them if: The value of the Product has decreased/the product has been damaged due to the Customer’s fault, the defects have arisen due to non-intended use of the Product, i.e. as a result of not following the maintenance instructions, the value of the product has decreased due to natural wear and tear caused by normal use, there is no document proving the purchase

1.6. The Seller is not obliged to buy back the Products in the absence of valid claim(s).


Order Return

2.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the order for a valid reason within 14 days and return the ordered Product/Products. The mentioned 14-day term starts from the moment the Customer receives the Order.

2.2. To return the product, the request to withdraw from the order must be submitted to the Seller with a valid reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The request to withdraw from the order is deemed to have been submitted if the Customer has sent a request to return the purchased Product with an explanation to the Seller’s e-mail address info@haiptech.ee. After receiving the request to withdraw from the Order sent by the Customer, the Seller sends the Customer a confirmation that he has received the request to withdraw from the Order.

2.3. The customer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the request or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the logistics company within the aforementioned period. The product to be returned must be packed in the original packaging in the same way it was packed when it arrived from the Seller, to ensure that the Product remains intact until it is returned to the Seller.

2.4. The returned Product must be sent to:

2.5. If the Product returned by the Customer has returned to the Seller, the Seller sends the Customer a confirmation that the Product has arrived at the Seller.

2.6. The Seller will return the purchase amount to the Customer within 14 days of the Product’s return to the Seller. The return is made to the same current account from which the Customer paid for the returned order.

2.7. If the order is returned, the Seller will return the entire purchase price of the returned Product to the Customer, excluding the cost of delivery of the Product.

2.8. The Seller does not compensate the Customer for the return shipping costs.

2.9. The product to be returned must not be damaged or have signs of wear. If the condition of the Product to be returned deteriorates, the Customer is responsible for the decrease in value due to the use of the item only if he has used the Product in a way other than what is necessary to make sure of the nature, properties and functioning of the item. In order to make sure of the nature, properties and functioning of the Product, the Customer must handle and use the Product only as he would normally be allowed to do in the store.

The procedure for processing the client’s personal data

HAIP Tech OÜ undertakes to protect the client’s privacy and ensure that the client’s personal data is protected. haiptech’s activities on the Internet are under all relevant activities and relevant legislation of the European Union and the laws of the Republic of Estonia and other relevant legislation.

HAIP Tech OÜ does not use its customers’ information for illegal purposes.

HAIP Tech OÜ does not forward its customers’ data or personal information to third parties, except in case the transfer of information is required and if it is under the law of the Republic of Estonia.


Collection and use of information

Provided that the customer provides HAIP Tech OÜ with their contact information (name, phone, e-mail, postal address, etc.), this allows us to fulfill the customer’s wishes and solve them together in case of problems.

All customer data (personal data and payment data) are inaccessible to third parties and are not subject to publication by HAIP Tech OÜ.

HAIP Tech OÜ respects the confidentiality of the personal data of its customers. All customer data is protected by Estonian data protection legislation. Any action against HAIP Tech OÜ for unauthorized disclosure of personal data is illegal and entails civil and criminal liability under current legal regulations.


HAIP Tech OÜ announcements

HAIP Tech OÜ’s news and offers are received by e-mail only by customers who have subscribed to it. If the customer is no longer interested in the news sent by us, it can be unsubscribed at any time. HAIP Tech OÜ only sends important and relevant information that the customer should be aware of. Customer e-mail addresses and telephone numbers are not passed on to third parties.


Collection and use of other data

For statistical purposes, HAIP Tech OÜ collects information about website visitors (number of visitors, time of visit, duration, etc.). This information is not related to a specific person, but provides statistical information that HAIP Tech OÜ can analyze and thereby improve the functionality of the page. This data is used for marketing and customer service purposes and may be provided to a third party for data processing purposes while maintaining the visitor’s anonymity.
